Tendem is designed to share coaching information only between an athlete, their connected trainer, and authorized Tendem administrators when support is required.
Information Tendem uses
Account details, goals, meal and nutrition logs, training plans, session schedules, check-in responses, weight entries, and step data you choose to sync from Apple Health.
How information is used
To provide the app, calculate progress, show shared plans, connect athletes with trainers, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.
Apple Health
Health data is used only for app features you authorize. Tendem does not use Apple Health data for advertising.
Your choices
You can change Apple Health permissions on your iPhone. To request account access or deletion, email hello@tendem.health.
